  1. Orders & Payments

All online transactions are subject to product availability and acceptance of your order.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, which accepts several payment modes including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
You authorize Razorpay to process your payment on your behalf.
We will cancel or refuse to process any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or default in payment.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver all products to you within the estimated delivery time provided to you during the checkout process.
Shipping costs and taxes that may apply will be displayed at the time your order is placed.
Delays may occur because of circumstances outside of our control, such as issues associated with the courier service and/or natural events that may occur.
Once your order has been shipped, you assume the risk of loss upon delivery.

  1. Returns & Replacements

We are concerned about your satisfaction. You can also order a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order in case:

  • It is a product that is not used and is still in its original package, and has evidence of being bought.
  • The goods were spoiled or faulty when delivered.
  • At this time, we do not offer a refund, and replace only after the check.
  • Non-exchangeable items include custom, perishable, or discounted items.

Any material should not be copied, manipulated, or republished without prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability
